1. Information We Collect
PredictAint collects business and operational information necessary to operate our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This includes user account details (name, corporate email, role, phone number for WhatsApp notifications), equipment metadata, work order histories, inspection logs, and spare parts inventory balances.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your operational data is used solely to provide and maintain the PredictAint platform services: dispatching maintenance work orders, generating preventive maintenance reminders, tracking inventory deductions, and calculating plant reliability KPIs. We never sell, monetize, or share your proprietary operational data with third-party advertisers.
3. AI Copilot & Document Privacy
Equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting histories uploaded into the Synapse AI maintenance assistant are stored in private, tenant-isolated vector partitions. Your technical documentation is never utilized to train public artificial intelligence models.
4. Data Security & Storage
We implement TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to plant data is strictly governed by multi-tenant database constraints and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
5. Data Ownership & Deletion Rights
Customers retain 100% ownership of all recorded data. Administrators may export complete relational backups (CSV/JSON) or request permanent account data deletion at any time by contacting support@predictaint.com.
