1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the PredictAint web portal, mobile applications, or APIs, your organization agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If entering into these terms on behalf of a manufacturing entity, you represent that you possess the necessary organizational authority.
2. Service Level & Availability
PredictAint provides Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) designed to facilitate plant maintenance workflows. While we strive for 99.9% application uptime and employ redundant infrastructure, PredictAint does not replace physical industrial safety interlocks, emergency stop circuits, or primary physical energy isolation locks.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that physical plant safety procedures, statutory OSHA/ISO Lockout/Tagout regulations, and equipment operating limits comply with applicable jurisdictional laws. Digital approvals within PredictAint must reflect verified on-site conditions.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription fees are billed on an annual or monthly basis in accordance with the agreed plan tier. Invoices are due in Net 30 days for enterprise accounts. Accounts may be cancelled at any time prior to the subsequent renewal term.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PredictAint be held liable for secondary production downtime losses, lost commercial profits, or third-party equipment damage arising from unverified maintenance entries or physical operational errors on the factory floor.
